One of my regular class attendees had some good news last week so a Congratulations card was definitely in order.
I reached for my Inside the Lines SAB DSP and Watercolor Pencils and made this panel card for them.
Using a few of the pencils, I coloured in the DSP to create the bright section at the bottom. I then used Blender pens to soften the colouring. Once I’d finished colouring the panel, I cut it into three equal panels to create the bottom section.
Unfortunately, the sentiment, stamped in Black Archival Ink, doesn’t show up too well in this picture, it stands out better in real life!
The finishing touches are a Linen Thread bow and Rhinestones with the card mats co-ordinating with the coloured panel.
