At our recent In Color Introduction Class, we made six cards.  5 cards concentrated on each new In Color in turn, with the 6th a combination.

Here is the Fresh Fig card.

It uses one of the recommended Colour Combinations from Stampin’ Up! of Fresh Fig, Cherry Cobbler, Blushing Bride and Pear Pizzazz.

The Jar of Love Stamp Set and co-ordinating Everyday Jars Framelits are the star of this card.

Firstly, the jar was stamped and the bow was then stamped over it.  Next, we added the stems of leaves and varied their height in the jar, some we stamped off first to give more depth.

The flowers are two-step stamped in Blushing Bride and Cherry Cobbler, then cut out using the Framelits.

Finally, the Thoughtful Banners Stamp Set and Duet Banner Punch allowed us to make a layered sentiment as a finishing touch.
