At last week’s Card & Cuppa we used another new stamp set from the Annual Catalogue.

Here is the project.

It uses the Oh, So Eclectic Stamp Set with Sweet Sugarplum, Blushing Bride, Lemon Lime Twist and Wild Wasabi.  Isn’t this just a gorgeous colour combination?

The patterned background piece is made from a stencil I’d pre-cut in advance using the Eclectic Layers Dies.  We used a Sponge Brayer to add Blushing Bride Ink.

Next we stamped the leaves to sit behind the flower.  We used the trusty Stamp-a-ma-jig to line up the centre of the flower and cut the flower out separately.

Finally, we added of Striped Sweet Sugarplum Ribbon before attaching the flower.

I deliberately left this card sentiment free as I didn’t want to make it too busy.  It’s a card that would be suitable for any occasion.

A very quick and simple card that would look lovely in many different combinations.
