Happy World Card Making Day!
One of my regular Card & Cuppa attendees celebrated their Birthday last week so I obviously made them a card.
Now, you may see a strange resemblance to this Card & Cuppa project from last week. This is purely intentional.
I made this Birthday card first and then realised that the attendee wouldn’t be at class that week. So, I decided to make a similar class project using different colours and stamp sets. It’s great to be able to change a design really simply like that.
The coloured panel uses Sweet Sugarplum, So Saffron and Pool Party to create soft floral tones. Butterfly Basics is the set I used for the feature flower and the sentiment is from the really useful Happy Birthday Gorgeous.
A strip of Silver Ribbon behind the sentiment and Wink of Stella to colour the flower are the finishing touches. It has a really pretty sparkle.
