I needed a card at short notice so made this very quick and easy project. It’s a combination of a Stamp Set and DSP – Daisy Delight and Frosted Floral.
I’ve taken the colour combination from the Frosted Floral DSP and paired Soft Suede, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. Using the DSP combinations to assist with colour choice is a great way of cutting down the amount of time it takes to create a project.
This DSP has a lovely shimmer and does a lot of the work for you. If you don’t like cutting into DSP then I would urge you to change this. Use it, don’t stroke it!
Two stamped and punched daisies are layered to give depth. A length of Linen Thread tied with a bow co-ordinates with the Crumb Cake and the stripes on the DSP.
Finally, a Gold Faceted Gem to mirror the shimmer of the DSP completes the project.
As this project was hand delivered, I was able to add extra layering with Dimensionals and the Faceted Gem. If I was posting the project, I would need to change the amount of layers or add additional postage.
