This is the Card & Cuppa version of the SAB Lasting Lily card we made at my recent Stamp-a-Stack class.
It’s a lovely Level 2 Stamp Set, and I’ve again paired it with the fabulous Crackle Paint Background Stamp from the Spring/Summer Catalogue. However, I’ve changed the colours to more muted tones and added a touch of grunge.
The crackle effect is in Fresh Fig and I’ve added some tone-on-tone sponge daubering around the edge for some grunge.
The lilies are in Soft Suede and Crumb Cake, again with tone-on-tone daubering around the edge.
A co-ordinating strip of Linen Thread with a ‘For You’ sentiment from the Banners For You Stamp Set, makes this a pretty card for any occasion.
Finally, some Pearls were added as a finishing touch.
