At last week’s Card & Cuppa I headed back to the Annual Catalogue and used the Love What You Do Stamp Set to create this project.

My colour scheme is So Saffron and Petal Pink from the Subtles Collection and Flirty Flamingo from the Brights, paired with Whisper White.
First we undertook a bit of Grid Paper origami to create a mask. Then it was time to use Sponge Daubers for the masked stripe.
The flower was stamped twice, once onto the background and again onto a separate piece of cardstock.
The flower heads on the separate piece were then coloured using the stamp in the set and stamping off onto the grid paper twice for a soft effect. These were then cut out by hand and stuck over the main flower.

Using the Detailed Trio Punch, the corners are rounded before adding a bow from Baker’s Twine.
Finally, a few Rhinestones finish this sophisticated project. As it’s sentiment free, it is perfect for any occasion

Why not join us at a future Card & Cuppa class. There are three sessions a week to choose from. Book your place by 18:00 the day before.
Happy crafting
