The new Catalogue has arrived, but today I’m sharing a project from a BYO Stamps Class that happened last month.
This uses a Stamp Set that has carried over to the new Catalogue and some products from the new Ornate Garden Suite. It’s definitely a case of seeing double on this project, with multiples of items being used.
The project is inspired by a picture from the previous Annual Catalogue.
Using the ‘splatter’ design from the Waterfront Stamp Set, it is stamped multiple times tone-on-tone onto the Calypso Coral background.
One of the water images is then used to create a pattern on the Whisper White piece, before it has the ends cut into a banner shape.
Old Olive is used for the sentiment, quite appropriate for these unusual times. It is also cut to create a banner shape at the end.
Calypso Coral Ribbon from the new Ornate Garden Ribbon Combo Pack is looped between the banners. Then a length of the Whisper White Seam Binding Ribbon creates a bow around both of the banners.
Finally, the banners are slightly offset at an angle using Dimensionals to finish the project.
