Classes – Booking Terms & Conditions

Classes where a part-payment is required are subject to the following terms and conditions.

By booking your place, you agree to these.

• Bookings should be made by the booking deadline (normally 3 weeks prior to the class)
• A part-payment of £10 is due by the booking close date to secure your place.
• If part-payment is not received by required date, your place will be cancelled.
• A minimum number of attendees are required for each class to proceed.  If insufficient numbers to run, the class will be cancelled and amount paid returned.
• Balance is due by the date specified (usually 2 weeks prior to class).
• If balance is not received by required date, your place will be cancelled and part-payment not returned.
• Class fees are non-returnable (only exception is if class is not running).
