Please read these along with the Nail Appointment FAQ BEFORE booking.
You can cancel or move your appointment up to 48 hours prior to the start time without penalty.
Any appointments cancelled or moved after this time will be subject to a cancellation fee – 50% of the treatment/s booked.
A booking fee of 50% of the treatment fee will be required at the time of booking.
If your appointment is cancelled or moved within 48 hours of the appointment start time, this payment will kept as per the cancellation policy.
Your details are collected online using a system called Ovatu. Payments are taken using Stripe and iZettle and the data you provide is to allow the transactions to happen.
We collect medical information as this is needed to provide any adjustments to your treatment.
All of the details you provide are held as per the GDPR regulations and you can request that the information is removed at any time in line with these regulations. Please note that for insurance purposes, medical information needs to be kept for 7 years.
The only contact you will receive will be regarding your appointment, via text message/email or phone.
You will only be contacted for Marketing purposes if you decide to opt in to my mailing list. We will not pass on your details to anyone else.
Pictures of your nails both before and after treatments will be taken and uploaded to Ovatu. This is to allow Karen to see any changes in the condition of your nails across treatments.
You will be asked if you are happy for pictures of your completed treatments to be used on the HIPPOFROG Designs nail Social Media accounts. If you choose not to allow this, your pictures will not be used.
