The third project from my Bugs, Beasts & Butterflies class is this fabulous Balmy Blue butterflies card. It is a monochrome-type card as it only uses Balmy Blue and Very Vanilla. Firstly, a strip was masked across the card and an ombre of Balmy Blue ink was added using a Sponge Brayer. Next, an image
My Mum had a birthday ending in ‘0’ recently, so I obviously made her a special card for the occasion. This card was the starting point for a 2019 Card & Cuppa project. It uses a combination of Balmy Blue and Blueberry Bushel with Very Vanilla. As Mum is also a keen crafter, it puts
Last weekend I said farewell to the Rocky Horror Tour. It has been touring the UK since December last year, and I’ve watched it at some of the venues it has visited. Although the tour finishes today, last week was my final visit and was my opportunity to hand out the cards I’d made to
The next project from my recent Mostly Men Papercrafting Class is this graffiti wall using the Brick & Mortar Embossing Folder. I chose a palette of bright colours to make the card suitable for a teenager or younger person. We have Granny Apple Green, Mango Melody, Gorgeous Grape and Real Red, with Smoky Slate accents.
At a Card & Cuppa for Children recently, we used the Wiggle Worm Bundle. Well, it only seemed fair that the adult class should have a play with this fab bundle too! This project is similar to this one the children made, with a few tweaks. The Artisan Textures Stamp Set in Granny Apple Green

My colour combination is Rococo Rose, Petal Pink, Pear Pizzazz and Very Vanilla. First, the background is stamped with an image from Artisan Textures Stamp

As the Summer Holidays have rolled around again, it’s time for my annual Card & Cuppa for Children Classes. The venue I hold them at runs a themed set of activities each week. This week it was ‘Movie Mayhem’ and my punch art lion fitted this perfectly due to the newly released Lion King film.
Isn’t Purple Posy a fabulous new addition to the Stampin’ Up! range as part of the In Color 2019-2021 Collection? This project was one from my annual Introduction to In Color Papercrafting Class I ran recently. Purple Posy combines beautifully here with the subtle Soft Sea Foam and an existing In Color, Grapefruit Grove. As
