Happy Monday. I hope you all had a fabulous weekend. Due to the Easter Bank Holiday, we had just one Card & Cuppa Class last week where the attendees made this project. It was all the ‘t’s with a tongue twister of Timeless Textures together with Tip-Top Taupe! We make a lot of feminine style
Another of my regular Card & Cuppa attendees celebrated their Birthday earlier this week. This is the card I made them. The stunning image from the Butterfly Basics Stamp Set was my starting point for this card. The recipient is a fan of both Crumb Cake and Sweet Sugarplum, so my colour choice reflects this.
At last week’s Card & Cuppa classes we made a project suitable for children (both young and old!) using the Yummy in My Tummy Stamp Set I made a similar out of this world card for my Husband’s Birthday a few weeks ago! How cute is this little monster/alien? I love the effect of him
Do you have those months where everyone needs a Birthday card? March is one of those months in our house. Last week, the young lady next door reached double figures and one of my nieces turned into a teenager. So, I made two similar cards using the Number of Years Stamp Set. This stamp set
At last week’s Card & Cuppa we used the SAB Any Occasion Stamp Set to create this fun banner card. It’s a card that uses one colour for the strings and then lots of different colours for the ‘banners’. There are so many different options with this set. By stamping the tiny flags multiple times
I hope you had a great weekend and are ready to start the week. At last week’s Card & Cuppa classes we made this pretty banner card. Everyone made their own selection of 1cm, 1.5cm and 2cm banners. We also made banners out of coordinating Washi Tape by sticking it to cardstock before cutting. By
A friend celebrated their Birthday on February 14th, so I created a red-free anti-Valentine’s Birthday card for them. Using Basic Gray Archival Ink to stamp the image, I coloured it using Calypso Coral and Old Olive Watercolor Pencils. I then used a Blender Pen to soften and darken various areas of the flowers and leaves.
At last week’s Card & Cuppa we once again used the very versatile Swirly Bird stamp set. This time, we used the boat images and created this project. We used Sponge Daubers for the Sun and Sea and Sponge Brayers for the sea and sky. Sponge Brayers are great for creating fabulous effects really quickly.
We had an attendee Birthday at Monday’s Card & Cuppa Class this week. Since I know the recipient is a fan of the colours in the Affectionately Yours Cardstock Pack, plus they have also recently earnt the FREE SAB Avant Garden Stamp Set, I just had to combine the two. I stamped a tone-on-tone Mint
At last week’s Card & Cuppa class we used one of the fabulous FREE Sale-A-Bration stamp sets to make this project. This is a CASE (Copy And Share Everything) from the SAB Brochure, but I’ve used different colours and changed the sentiment. I’ve also added Wink of Stella to the stamped images, but you aren’t
