Get Well Flowers

This Get Well Soon card is for a lovely lady.

Get Well Flowers. Project designed by Karen at HIPPOFROG Designs

Using the Flowers of Friendship Bundle from the Annual Catalogue, it made it simple to pull everything together.

My colour combination is Pale Papaya, Calypso Coral and Old Olive, with Very Vanilla.

The background flowers from the Flowers of Friendship Stamp Set are stamped and then given a touch of colour using a Blender Pen.

Using tone-on-tone stamping, the extra flowers and leaves are stamped and punched using the coordinating Flowers & Leaves Punch.

Wink of Stella is used on these flowers to add a touch of sparkle.

A sentiment from the Blossoms in Bloom Stamp Set provides the Get Well Soon message.

Once everything is assembled, a few Artistry Blooms Sequins are added to the centre of the flowers and across the card.

This design would be easy to recreate in different colours and for different occasions.

Saying Goodbye – Hostess Sets

I’m sure I’m not going to be the only one who is going to miss the Love You Lots Hostess Set when it retires.

This set has been so much fun to use and obviously I adored the frog image in it!

However, I found the hedgehog image really great to use too.  Here’s another card from the Spring Card Crafting Extravaganza Class using this set.

Love you Lots from Stampin' Up!

I’ve loved using Blender Pens to colour the hedgehogs by pulling the ink from the stamped image.  Stampin’ Write Markers have been great for colouring the flower too.  You can make lots of these in a short space of time and even add a relevant sentiment when you need to use it.

This card is a Notecard Base and it works beautifully with the co-ordinating cardstock and Baker’s Twine.

The sentiment is from Hopeful Thoughts and we punched out part of the phrase. It’s a cute card that would brighten your day if you were feeling under the weather.

Here is another project from my archives, a CASE of the catalogue using the fabulous frog.

Love you Lots from Stampin' Up!
