At last week’s Card & Cuppa we made our second of three Christmas Cards.

This time it was the turn of these little angels.

Bow Builder Punch Christmas Angels with HIPPOFROG Designs

Aren’t they cute? There was a collective ‘oooooh’ when I revealed the project and everyone really enjoyed making them.

They use the Bow Builder Punch for the bodies and the 1″ Circle Punch for the face and halo. Cookie Cutter Christmas Stamp Set provides the eyes.

The background of white stars uses a combination of Balloon Celebration and Labeler Alphabet Stamp Sets with Wink of Stella dotted on the top. A Clear Faceted Gem on each little angel adds to the magical Christmas sparkle.

A friend has just moved into a new home so obviously it needed a card to celebrate.

She’s popped a few pictures of her decorating progress on Facebook so I’ve taken my inspiration from her pink feature wall.

I stamped a background of Melon Mambo and Flirty Flamingo along with Rich Razzleberry accents. The stamp set for the background is Playful Backgrounds and is one I keep reaching for more and more. I’ve also used one of the stamps from Timeless Textures for some smaller dots.

The bird in the cage image is from Badges and Banners and I used Stampin’ Write Markers to colour it in once I’d stamped.

As I don’t have a ‘new home’ sentiment, I used the Labeler Alphabet set to make my own. I love how I can create any sentiment I like with a set like this.

The Decorative Ribbon Border Punch and Silver Foil Card have created the strip behind the sentiment.

I added a strip of thin Silver Ribbon to the top of the cage and then made a cute little bow to match it too.

To finish, Wink of Stella on the bird and some Rhinestones have added the obligatory bling for this sparkly lady.
